I love crafting! As this site is new, I don't have many pictures of craft ideas. However, keep coming back, because I will still be creating and posting!

For your next gift wrapping experience, why buy a bow when you can make one yourself? I came up with this idea on a whim. I cut strips of brown paper bag and grocery adds, looped them, and stapled them together!

A perfect wedding, Christmas, Mother's Day, birthday, or anytime gift is a personalized bowl. After painting, be sure to spray with a thick clear coat of paint. Just make sure the bowl is not used to serve hot foods. It makes a perfect fruit or salad bowl. Hand wash ONLY!

You can also paint on vases. We use this vase to save the extra change found in our pockets at the end of the day.

This photo is hard to discern, but it's a magnet! Take clear stones (found in any craft store), glue fun paper to the back of it (so you can see it through the glass) and add a magnet.

I came up with this quilting idea just after high school. I wanted a fun way to remember my senior year, so I decided to make a quilt. I remember melting wax onto T-Shirts when I was little to create fun patterns on the shirts. I used the same idea here. I colored with crayons on the white material. To make it permanent, I placed a scrap piece of material over the coloring and ran a hot iron over it. Be sure to use a scrap piece so that the wax melts into the fabric, and not your iron.

Here is a close up photo of one of the quilting squares.

I love making cards. This card was made by using cardboard paper that was left at the bottom of moving boxes. The flowers were made from paper that came with an air freshener I recently purchased, and the lines were made from colored paper I saved from old college assignments.

This is the back of the card. Total cost to make: FREE!

Here is another example of a card I made for a birthday using all recycled products.
